By booking or paying a $25 deposit for a service with All The Way Car Details LLC, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies. Please read carefully before your appointment.

1. Customer Requirements Before Service

To ensure an efficient and high-quality detail:

Remove all personal items from the vehicle.
Have the vehicle unlocked at the time of the appointment.
Compartments containing personal items will be avoided and left untouched.
This is a maximum 3-hour, 30-minute service without add-ons (no minimum servicetime).
A maximum of 3 steam passes and extractions will be performed per stain, seat, or carpeted area.

2. What Is NOT Included in Your Service

Additional charges or exclusions apply for:

Pet hair removal: $39–$69 (based on amount)
Bio fluids: $99 per affected area
Wax, gum, or candy removal: $29 per affected area
Truck bed or car trunk deep cleaning: $19 (light vacuum included in base service)
Door jamb grease: No service available
Scratches, swirls, or paint overspray removal: Custom quote required
Heavy brake dust removal from wheels: Not included

3. Potential Fees & Conditions

Additional charges or exclusions apply for:

Late arrival fee: $25 for every 20 minutes late.
No-show fee: $50 (applies after 30 minutes).
Reschedule or cancellation within 36 hours of appointment: $25 fee.
No fee for changes made more than 72 hours before your appointment.
A $25 deposit confirms your booking and acceptance of these terms.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care with every vehicle, All The Way Car Details LLC is not responsible
or liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the vehicle’s surfaces, upholstery, or paint.
Mechanical, electrical, or structural issues unrelated to our work.
Damage resulting from aftermarket parts, poor prior repairs, or deteriorated materials.
Weather-related delays or rescheduling.

If damage is caused directly by our proven negligence, we will work with a mediator.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Booking and paying for a service means you agree to all terms, fees, exclusions, and conditions listed above.
